What is the ruling on manufacturing and trading luxurious yachts and boats for the purpose of recreation and fishing?

There is no objection to that, provided they are not made or sold to those who use them for sinful acts, such as organizing musical parties and the associated mixing of genders, selling of intoxicants, and committing of abominations. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." (Al-Ma'idah: 2)
