Does the description in the noble verse: "being stingy with you. And when fear comes, you see them looking at you, their eyes rolling like one overcome by death. But when fear departs, they assault you with sharp tongues, being stingy with goodness" apply to someone who feels intense fear and an inability to resist upon hearing sounds at night or seeing a thief, despite their desire for Jihad and martyrdom?

Whoever suffers from excessive fear, considered to be paralyzing cowardice, should seek refuge with Allah Almighty from it and train themselves to trust in Allah and rely on Him. They should know that nothing will befall them except what Allah has decreed for them. They should also seek psychiatric and educational therapy, while frequently reciting the supplication of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from inability and laziness, from stinginess and cowardice," and the supplication: "O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my flaws and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me, from behind me, from my right, from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Greatness from being unexpectedly destroyed from beneath me." The verse {Say: "Nothing will befall us except what Allah has decreed for us. He is our Protector." And upon Allah let the believers rely} was revealed concerning a group of hypocrites, and not every coward is a hypocrite.
