Should the suitor stipulate covering the face for his fiancée at the time of the marriage contract, or should the matter be postponed until after marriage? And should he turn away from her if she refuses to cover her face? And is it advisable for her to stop studying, given that she is close to completing her bachelor's degree in a mixed university, most of whose students are female? And does not stipulating that she not work make the condition unenforceable after marriage?

The husband must oblige his wife to cover her face in front of non-mahram men if he believes this is obligatory, and she must obey him. The default is to prohibit studying in mixed-gender universities, but it is permissible if there is a need and it is possible to adhere to Islamic guidelines. It is not permissible for a woman to leave her husband's house for work or anything else except with his permission. It is advisable to postpone raising the issue of covering the face and leaving work at this stage, as this does not forfeit the right to demand them later.
