Is it permissible to deduct money from under my control to obtain training courses of which the manager did not inform me?

It is not permissible to take anything from entrusted money, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Render the trust to the one who entrusted you, and do not betray the one who betrays you." Nor does it justify taking it because the manager withheld some of your right; rather, demand your right if you are entitled to it according to the contract.
