What is the share of each individual heir among the deceased unmarried sister's heirs, who consist of a father, a mother, and two brothers?

If a person dies without offspring, leaving behind parents and siblings, the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, and the remainder goes to the father. The siblings receive nothing because the father blocks their inheritance. The proof for this is Allah's saying: "{And for his parents, each of them will have one-sixth of what he left if he had a child. But if he had no child and his parents inherited him, then for his mother is one-third. But if he had siblings, then for his mother is one-sixth, after any bequest he may have made or debt}," and the Hadith: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir."
