What is the appropriate supplication (du'a) for seeking healing and the health of the reproductive organs?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

A servant can supplicate using any phrasing or expression that conveys their intended meaning, whether generally or in detail. It is not a condition for the supplication to be answered that the supplicant uses traditional, narrated supplications, although using them is superior if available. Thus, one can say: "O Allah, grant me enjoyment of my reproductive organs," or "O Allah, heal my reproductive organs, or keep them safe, or protect them."

Among the narrated supplications for preserving the senses and organs are: "O Allah, grant us enjoyment of our hearing, our sight, and our strength as long as You keep us alive, and make them inherit from us," and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen" – meaning his private part.
