What is the interpretation of verse 23 of Surat Sad, and what were the circumstances of its revelation?

The verse is Allah's saying: {Indeed, this is my brother; he has ninety-nine ewes} (Sad: 23). And by it, he was alluding to a woman. What is mentioned in the interpretation of this verse and the one after it, which is unfitting for prophets, is impermissible to believe, as it is from the Isra'iliyyat (Judeo-Christian traditions) that cannot be relied upon. And whatever has been مرفوعًا (traced back) to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, from it, none of it is authentic. No reason for the revelation of this verse has been found.
