If a woman stipulates a condition in the marriage contract that does not contradict the contract, such as stipulating that he not marry another woman, then the condition is valid and binding. If the husband does not fulfill the condition, she has the right to request annulment of the marriage. As for khul‘ (divorce initiated by the wife), it is not permissible merely due to old age, but it is permissible if she dislikes her husband and fears she will neglect his rights.
