Is it permissible for a pregnant woman to lift her head or nose from prostration before the Imam if she feels severe shortness of breath?

The basic rule is that it is not permissible for the follower to rise before their Imam in prostration or bowing. Whoever intentionally does so commits a sin, but their prayer is valid according to the majority of scholars. Group prayer is not obligatory for women, and if a woman performs it and is inconvenienced by a long prostration, she may intend to separate from the Imam and complete her prayer alone.
