The answer

If the husband says to his wife: "You are divorced two times," only one divorce occurs. If this was the first divorce, and the رجعة (revocation) occurred during the iddah (waiting period), which ends after three menstrual cycles for a menstruating woman, or three months for a post-menopausal or young woman, then you are not permitted to refuse it. However, after the iddah expires, the husband does not have the right to take her back except with her consent and a new contract and mahr (dower). It is not permissible to propose to a woman who has been revocably divorced (iddah) during her iddah. Speaking with men online is forbidden due to the corrupting influences it entails. Therefore, you must sever the relationship with the young man and return to your husband if the revocation occurred during the iddah. If you are harmed thereafter, you have the right to request a divorce to remove the harm.
