Is "Itaa'" a name by which a girl may be called, as it was mentioned in Surat An-Nahl?

There is no objection to naming a girl "Itaa" as there is no Sharia-related prohibition. "Itaa" means "giving" or "bestowal," and the general principle is that naming is permissible as long as it does not involve a Sharia-related prohibition.
