Which is better: Tarawih prayer with a complete juz’ or more, which takes more time and effort, or Tarawih prayer with less time and a small portion of the Qur’an? And does the reward differ between them?

The night vigil (Qiyam (definition)) in Ramadan (definition) is among the best deeds. The longer the prayer, the more complete and greater the reward. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, affirmed this, as he used to pray eleven rak'ahs, prolonging the standing (qiyam) in them. There is nothing specific to be recited in Ramadan. Whoever is able to increase and prolong their recitation, it is good. And whoever is not able, they are still upon goodness. Imam Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "The people should recite in Ramadan what is light for them and does not burden them, especially on short nights. The matter depends on what people can bear." And Al-Qadi said: "It is not recommended to recite less than one complete recitation (khatmah) in the month so that people may hear the entire Quran, nor to exceed one khatmah to avoid hardship for those behind him. Estimating according to the condition of the people is more appropriate. For if a group of people agree to and prefer prolongation, it would be better." And among Allah's blessings is that whoever prays with the Imam until he departs, the reward of a complete night's vigil is recorded for him.
