Does a woman's touching her own body with desire, while imagining her traveling husband, without reaching the private parts, constitute masturbation?

If a girl does that with the intention of inducing the emission of semen, it is considered unlawful masturbation, whether it is done by hand or by any other means. The proof for its prohibition is the words of Allah Almighty: "And those who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed - But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors." And also due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O young men! Whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps in lowering the gaze and guarding the private parts. And whoever is not able to do so, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him." If masturbation were permissible, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would have guided people to it.
