Is it permissible for the lender to divide the profits of the new loan, which she will take to meet her needs, among the three debtors who were unable to repay their original debt, after they agree to pay these profits?

It is obligatory to grant a respite to a debtor in hardship, as Allah Almighty says: "And if there is one in hardship, then grant him a respite till ease." However, granting him a respite in exchange for an additional payment is the forbidden usury of the Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic era), which Allah has threatened its practitioners with war and annihilation, as stated in Al-Muwatta from Zayd ibn Aslam, and in the resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy.
