What is the legal punishment for rape in Sharia, and what is the difference between coercing a woman into adultery through violence and force, and compelling her to it without the use of force, such as when she is in need of money?

The punishment for fornication is one, and there is no difference whether the woman with whom it was committed was coerced or willing. The punishment is not carried out on the coerced woman. As for the willing fornicatress, she is sinful and the punishment is carried out on her, unless she could not find anything to satisfy her need when hungry except through fornication, in which case she is considered as if coerced.
