What are the wife's rights if she requests a divorce after her repeated refusal to conceive and her suffering from negative feelings towards it?

If the wife is divorced without a condition that she waives any of her rights, then she is entitled to her full mahr (dowry) – both the advanced and deferred portions – including the shabka (jewelry given at engagement) and the list of movables. She is also entitled to maintenance during the iddah (definition) (waiting period) and mut'ah (compensatory gift) according to some scholars. However, if she is divorced in exchange for waiving some of her rights (such as the mahr or part of it), then she is entitled to all her other rights, with the exception of what she has waived.
