Is the hadith, "He who makes his worship invoking blessings upon me—Allah will fulfill his needs in this world and the Hereafter," authentic, and what is the virtue of invoking blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?

The aforementioned Hadith regarding the virtue of sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was mentioned by the author of Al-Mustatraf, but it was not attributed to a chain of narration, nor has it been found in reliable Hadith references.
