Will he who had no sister in this world be granted a sister in Paradise?

The general principle is that whoever did not have a brother or sister by lineage in this world will not have one in Paradise. They based their view on the hadith of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, in which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a believer desires offspring in Paradise, his conception, birth, and growth to the desired age will occur in an instant, as he wishes." So, if your father asks for a daughter in Paradise, he will be granted her, and she will be your sister.
