Is it permissible to name a newborn female "Fatima Al-Zahra," knowing that some believe this name is exclusive to Shiites and that the name of the Prophet's daughter (peace and blessings be upon him) was merely "Fatima"?

Many scholars have given Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, the title "al-Zahra," among them Ibn Hibban and al-Khatib al-Baghdadi, and others. Al-Zahra means the radiant-faced, bright, illuminated woman. Some scholars believe there is no harm in giving Fatimah, may Allah be pleased with her, this title, even though they prefer to refer to the Companions by saying "may Allah be pleased with them" without creating titles that were not known in their time. Based on this, there is no harm in naming a newborn "Fatimah al-Zahra," unless it is in an environment where the false belief of the Rafidah regarding this title is prevalent, in which case it should be avoided to differ from them.
