How can one identify a "loving and fertile" woman before marriage, as mentioned in the noble Prophetic Hadith?

The Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marriage to a woman who is "loving and fertile" to increase the Muslim nation. A woman's fertility can be known by observing the condition of her mother and sisters, or if she has been previously married. The emphasis was placed on these two characteristics because a loving woman who is not fertile does not achieve the goal of increasing progeny, and a fertile woman who is not loving is not desired by the husband.
