What is meant by "work" in the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah loves that when one of you performs a work, he perfects it," and does it include secondary tasks like ironing clothes?

The aforementioned hadith is authentic, and it appears that the word "عمل" (work/deed) in the hadith is general and encompasses every religious or worldly deed that contains benefit, due to Al-San'ani's saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty loves that when one of you performs a deed — religious or worldly, that is connected to religion: that he perfects it." This is further emphasized in tasks assigned to a person to complete in exchange for material compensation.
