Is it permissible for a girl to hug and kiss a relative who raised her, and who is now like a father to her, knowing that he is not a mahram to her and is married?

It is not permissible for a girl who has reached an age where she is desired to shake hands with or embrace foreign men. Nor is it permissible for a man to kiss her head, as she is a stranger to him. However, it is permissible for her to remain in the accommodation with him under the Islamic legal guidelines.
