Why does a person cry out upon hearing the Qur’an?

Not all people scream upon hearing the Qur’an. The scream may be motivated by awe and fear of Allah, or by an illness in the listener. It has been reported that Zurarah ibn Awfa died when he reached "And when the trumpet is sounded" [Qur’an 74:8] in the Fajr prayer.
