What is the ruling on using the "Golden Recipe" attributed to Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Rumi for treating sorcery, the evil eye, jinn possession, infertility, vitiligo, depression, paralysis, worries, and all illnesses?

The criterion for the ruling on ruqyah is that treatment with ruqyah whose meaning is understood, includes the remembrance of Allah, and is free from polytheism is permissible. That whose meaning is not understood is prohibited for fear that it might contain polytheism, and that which is known to contain polytheism is prohibited. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no harm in ruqyah as long as it does not contain polytheism."
