What is the ruling on hastening the Hajj and prioritizing it over other types of travel, such as leisure trips, and must it be performed before marriage, except for those who fear falling into sin?

Allah commanded and the Prophet urged haste and initiative in performing good deeds and acts of obedience, and condemned slothfulness in this regard, as stated in the Almighty's words: "So hasten to all that is good" and "And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also said: "Hasten to do good deeds before trials come like sections of a dark night." The Prophet urges initiative in performing acts of obedience before it is too late or before one becomes preoccupied with trials and worldly concerns. Hajj is among the most important acts of obedience that must be performed immediately. Indeed, Umar ibn al-Khattab considered imposing jizya on able-bodied individuals who had not performed Hajj, and the majority of scholars held the view that Hajj is obligatory to perform without delay.
