What should I do about the problem of my voice sometimes getting loud without me noticing?

Raising a woman's voice is permissible in principle, as long as it does not lead to harm or temptation by a soft, alluring voice. It is better for a Muslim, whether male or female, not to raise their voice more than necessary, as Allah Almighty says: "And lower your voice; indeed, the most disagreeable of voices is the voice of donkeys." The requirement is not to raise one's voice more than needed, as that is an annoying affectation. What occurs out of forgetfulness or error carries no blame.
