Second: The Quran is a cure for both psychological and physical ailments. Allah Almighty says: "And We send down from the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe, and it increases the wrongdoers not except in loss." (Al-Isra/82). Disturbing dreams are from Satan, and the best way to repel Satan is by remembering Allah and reciting the Quran, especially Surah (definition) Al-Baqarah, Al-Fatihah, and Al-Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), and by consistently observing the prescribed remembrances (adhkar).
