Is money earned from working in a restaurant that serves products containing pork, from which 10% is donated to humanitarian aid with the intention of purifying the money, considered sufficiently lawful money, especially if the worker cannot find another job with hours suitable for their studies?

If your work involves serving pork and alcohol or assisting in that, then the wages corresponding to this work are unlawful (haram), while the remainder of your wages for permissible (mubah) tasks are lawful (halal).

However, if your work is far removed from these two products, then all your wages are lawful. Nonetheless, working in this restaurant is not permissible due to witnessing wrongdoing (munkar) and remaining silent about it.

We advise you to leave this job and seek an alternative. If you are compelled to continue, then avoid dealing with forbidden products, and remember the words of Allah Almighty: (And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect) [At-Talaq: 2-3].
