Does divorce take effect if the word "divorce" (ṭalaqah) or "divorced" (ṭāliqa) is uttered by a person in a muffled, unclear voice and without moving the tongue, while in a state of incomplete consciousness before waking up, or due to obsessive thoughts (waswas) afterward, with no intention of divorce?

It is clear from the question that the whole matter is a [whisper from Satan] (waswasa) that does not result in divorce. Therefore, you must turn away from these whispers and beware of giving in to them, for their consequences are dire. Seek Allah’s help and do not falter, and occupy your time with what benefits you in your religious and worldly affairs.
