If you are afflicted by (obsessive doubts), your divorce does not take effect, even if you utter the explicit words of divorce audibly. The fatwas (religious edicts) regarding the non-occurrence of divorce for those afflicted by waswas apply to you. You must completely disregard these obsessive thoughts, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, and perform (exorcism) upon yourself according to the Shariah.
