Is the woman considered sinful for her fetus falling into the toilet despite her attempts to avoid it? And will this fetus intercede for her and its father, knowing that it fell on the second day of the ninth week?

The miscarriage (fetus) intercedes for its parents, and disposing of it in the toilet does not affect its intercession. If the miscarriage has not reached four months, it is not obligatory to bury it, and there is no sin upon you for disposing of it in the toilet. Everything that befalls a servant by Allah's decree is good for him, and calamities may be to elevate the servant's ranks or a sign that Allah wills good for him. Impatience does not alleviate the affliction and deprives one of reward. One must be patient and content with Allah's decree, have good expectations of Him, and avoid despair and despondency. Sadness is a disease that weakens the heart and is not among the stations of faith. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sought refuge from it, and Satan loves the sadness of a believer. Knowledge of Allah removes sorrows and brings joy; there is no sadness with Allah, and rejoicing in Allah's bounty and mercy is a sign of rejoicing in Him.
