Is it permissible to say "Allah loves me" or "Allah loves so-and-so," while being aware of the signs of Allah's love for a servant as mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah?

Scholars have stated that Allah loves and is pleased, and they have adduced Qur'anic verses to prove His love for those who repent, purify themselves, do good, are pious, and are patient. It is not permissible to assert that Allah loves a specific person except with a text from the infallible (Prophet) or a revelation from Allah, neither of which exists in our era. It is not possible to assert Allah's love for a specific person, even if they outwardly perform deeds that Allah loves, because we cannot be certain that those deeds are accepted. However, we hope for good for them, and we must strive to embody these deeds and enjoin one another to them.
