Who was the first wife of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, after Khadijah, and who was her previous husband?

Al-Tabari mentioned a disagreement regarding the wife the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, married after Khadijah. Some said it was Aisha, while others said it was Sawdah. Aisha was young and not suitable for conjugal relations, whereas Sawdah was a divorcee and had a husband before the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, named Sukran ibn Amr, who converted to Christianity and died in Abyssinia.
