Is it permissible to abridge the Tafsir (exegesis) in a way that facilitates its comprehension by young minds, by taking one Tafsir without the rest, or must the Tafsir be transmitted verbatim?

If the intent behind abbreviating the tafsir (exegesis) is the well-known shortening of lengthy books, then this requires a specific academic level and methodology, and only those deeply rooted in knowledge can undertake it. However, if the intent is to limit oneself to a single interpretation of a verse, then there is no harm in that, provided the proponent of that interpretation is mentioned. There are beneficial concise tafsir books, such as "Zubdat al-Tafsir," "Tayseer al-Kareem al-Rahman," and "Al-Misbah al-Muneer fi Ikhtisar Tafsir Ibn Katheer."
