What is the jurisprudential ruling on naming a male newborn "Azad"?

The name "Azad" has no meaning in Arabic dictionaries. However, after research, it was found to be a foreign name meaning: the free, unconstrained person who has no master. It is also used to describe a human being who is perfect in creation and has no flaws. If this is its meaning, then there is no objection to naming with it, though it is worth noting that there are Islamic names that suffice in its place.
