What is the ruling on naming a female newborn "Asinat"?

We did not find the mentioned name in the approved sources. Some websites mentioned meanings for it, some of which are forbidden, and they all agreed that it is a foreign name. The rule concerning foreign names is that a Muslim should not adopt them unless their meaning is known, for fear that they might contain a bad meaning or a slogan that contradicts the religion. It is recommended to name a girl with the names of the Mothers of the Believers, the daughters of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the female Companions, the female Successors, or the women of the Salaf, such as Fatimah, Aishah, Khadijah, or Zaynab.
