Is it necessary to delay having children until debts are paid off and a suitable Islamic environment can be provided for them?

A Muslim must rely on Allah for sustenance, as Allah Almighty says: (And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision). He should seek sustenance from Him alone. Allah has condemned those who refrain from procreation for fear of poverty, likening their action to that of the people of pre-Islamic ignorance (Jahiliyyah). One must also beware of borrowing with usury, as it is one of the gravest sins that destroy blessings. He must repent for what has passed, be patient for relief, and seek sustenance from Allah alone.
