The answer

"Ruling on a transaction requires knowledge of its details, but generally, services such as education can be financed through Murabaha, provided it adheres to Sharia-compliant regulations. This involves purchasing the usufruct, owning it, and then re-leasing it (selling the usufruct). The European Council for Fatwa and Research, in its eighteenth session, ruled permissible the financing of educational services through Murabaha in usufructs, provided the financial institution and the educational institutions precisely define the educational service. If the institution offering the financing has a Sharia board that approves its transactions, then it is permissible to enter into the transaction based on that. However, financing studies through an interest-bearing loan is an interest-based transaction and is impermissible to enter into."
