Is the mother's Hajj invalid if the husband brought her to perform the obligation while he was coerced?

It is not permissible to take the husband's money without his consent, based on the statement of Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami: "There is a consensus that whoever has something taken from him out of shyness, without his consent, the taker does not own it." Also, the jurists stated regarding charity that if it is requested from the giver, and it is understood from his situation that he gave it out of shyness or without true consent, then it is not permissible for the recipient. As for the mother's Hajj, if it is from her own money or the questioner's money, there is no issue with her Hajj. However, if it is from the husband's money taken without his consent, the majority of scholars hold that Hajj performed with ill-gotten money is valid and suffices. Imam Ahmad, however, held that Hajj performed with ill-gotten money does not suffice, based on the Prophet's ﷺ saying: "Indeed, Allah is good and accepts only what is good." Some scholars have elaborated, saying that it is valid but not accepted, meaning the obligation is fulfilled but there is no reward in it.
