What is the ruling on adding female colleagues and interacting with their posts on social media with "hearts" and "flowers" and comments, and interacting with their modest pictures?

There is no harm in adding women to public communication groups if they adhere to the Islamic guidelines, such that good is disseminated therein and everything that leads to fitnah (temptation/strife), such as joking and excessive laughter, is avoided. There is no harm in commending a woman's post if its content is good. However, regarding a woman posting her picture in a group that includes non-mahram men, this should not be done if the face is uncovered, as it is a cause for fitnah. Regulations for the group must be established, the importance of adhering to them must be clarified, and anyone who violates them should be excluded.
