Does a woman's vaginal discharge nullify wudu (ablution)?

None of the scholars before Ibn Hazm said that wudu’ is not invalidated by vaginal discharge. The basic principle is not to adopt a fatwa that has no prior imam. And every opinion that a later scholar holds exclusively, without being preceded by earlier scholars, is an error. The Ummah does not agree upon error, and the jurists have stipulated that wudu’ is invalidated by everything that exits from the two private parts. Vaginal discharge invalidates wudu’. If its exit is continuous, then the ruling for the woman experiencing it is the same as for one with urinary incontinence. The preponderant opinion is that this discharge is pure (tahir).
