Does divorce take place if a man has anal intercourse with his wife again, after he swore with the intention of divorce, saying to her: "You are divorced if I have intercourse with you in this place"?

Sexual assault on one's wife from behind is a grave sin, and its perpetrator is cursed by the tongue of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Sincere repentance for this must be made. A divorce suspended on this action will take effect upon its future occurrence. A divorce written by way of a subtle hint (kinayah) takes effect if the husband intends it, and here it takes effect upon the occurrence of the condition it was suspended upon.
