Does a divorce occur between a husband and wife if they engage in anal intercourse, despite their knowledge of its prohibition?

Anal intercourse with penetration into the vagina is permissible. However, anal penetration itself is strictly forbidden and considered a grave sin. The wife is not permitted to obey her husband in this prohibited act. If the husband insists on forcing her, she must refer the matter to the Sharia courts. Practicing this act does not make the wife unlawful for her husband, nor does it render her divorced. It is important to note that marital secrets should not be disclosed except out of a legitimate religious necessity, and one should not issue fatwas without knowledge.
