Is a wife considered divorced from her husband if he has anal intercourse with her or fondles her anally, and what are the harms of anal foreplay for both the man and the woman?

Engaging in anal intercourse with a woman is forbidden in Islam and is abhorrent to natural human disposition (fitra). The mere act of doing so does not necessitate separation between spouses if they cease the act and repent. However, if the husband makes it a habit and the wife consents, then separation between them becomes obligatory. This act has many harms, including diverting the man from natural intercourse, and its negative effects on the reproductive organs, sperm, and brain. It can also cause relaxation and tearing of the rectal muscles, in addition to other mental and physical harms.
