What is the ruling on receiving salary from work and training bonuses at the same time, while attending both?

It is permissible to join the training and benefit from its salaries and bonuses for those who meet the conditions. As for those who do not deserve it and cheated to join it through bribery or other means, it is not permissible for them, nor should they be absent from their work for the sake of this training. The criterion is one's entitlement to training courses without deception or fraud; based on the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "Whoever cheats us is not of us, and cunning and deception are in the Fire."
