Is a حجّة written for children if the rituals are performed on their behalf when they are brought along for Hajj?

The authentic Sunnah indicates that a child's Hajj is rewarded, but it does not suffice for the Hajj al-Islam (obligatory Hajj); rather, it is a voluntary act, and his parents are rewarded for it.
