What is the ruling on one who says "Pray to your Lord" when angry, and what is the Shar'i (Islamic legal) evidence to convince them? And what is the ruling on saying "Qassam"? Is it Allah or the angel entrusted with provisions? And what is the ruling on insulting religion and leading people in prayer, and what is the duty towards the one who does it?

Saying "peace and prayers be upon Allah" is not legislated. Cursing religion is a major act of disbelief (kufr akbar) that expels one from the fold of Islam, and a person who curses religion is a disbeliever (kafir) behind whom prayer is invalid. Imam Al-Nawawi said: "The imamate of a disbeliever is not valid because he is not among those eligible for prayer." The proof of the disbelief of one who curses religion is the Almighty's saying: "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking? Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief." Regarding the phrase "Al-Qassam," you can ask the scholars in your country to understand its meaning. Allah Almighty distributes provisions, as in His saying: "We have apportioned among them their livelihood in the life of this world." It is permissible to use the term "Al-Qasim" for Allah's servants, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I am only a distributor, I place where I am commanded." It must be noted that "Al-Qassam" is not among the names of Allah Almighty.
