What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a husband who is ill-tempered and curses Allah and religion when angry, despite his commitment to prayer and admonishing people?

Slandering Allah Almighty and slandering His religion is an act of disbelief that expels one from the religion, whether done in jest or seriously. The same applies to anyone who mocks Allah the Almighty, His verses, or His messengers, based on the Almighty's saying: {Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief.}. If it is proven that the husband slanders Allah and the religion and does not repent from that, then it is not permissible to remain with him, nor to allow him access to oneself, as Allah the Almighty said concerning the wives of disbelievers: {So do not return them to the disbelievers; [for] they are not lawful for them, nor are they lawful for them.} The duty is to rid oneself of this man by seeking divorce from him or by presenting his case to a judge.
