Does minor impurity (like water from the anus) transfer from the hand to a wet place (like refrigerator drawers) and then return to the hand after it has been purified? And is the presence of a trace of impurity a condition for its transfer, or is mere contact of the hand with the wet place sufficient, even if no wetness appears on the object to which it transferred?

The transfer of impurity from an impure body to a pure body that touches it has details: if both are dry, the impurity does not transfer. However, if one of them is wet or damp, there is a difference of opinion regarding its transfer. A person afflicted with scrupulosity (waswasah) may adopt the view of those who do not consider it to transfer, and it is permissible for them to take the easiest of opinions.
