What is the ruling on money received by a postal worker as an annual bonus from un-predetermined savings profits, which are invested in telecommunications companies and treasury bills, and is it permissible to spend it on needy parents or a needy brother?

If the employee is the owner of the savings account, it is not permissible for him to place his money in it due to its inclusion of usurious treasury bills. He must withdraw his money and spend the usurious profits on general Muslim welfare. It is permissible for him to give it to his poor brother or father, or to take from it an amount sufficient for his needs if he is poor. However, if he is not the owner of the account and the profits come to him as a gift from the institution, there is no objection to accepting them because it is mixed money, and dealing with mixed money is permissible.
